Virtual Extention

Good day.

I have a Dterm with virtual extension assigned. To answer the call on virtual I press speaker key (or lift handset) and press the ringing line. The question is: can I answer such calls simply by pressing speaker key or lifting handset without pressing the ringing virtual line key? Which command is responsible for that?

Virtual flashes, and I have to press it to answer.

ensure 20-10-08 is enabled for the COS that is ringing the extension.
