hi guys! i've been using SMS for quite some time now. and recently, we implemented the introduction of W2K pro clients into our network. these units were discovered perfectly well and all the services were properly installed. one thing though is upon boot up/logon, windows will say that a new device has been detected. these are SMS Virtual Keyboard and SMS Virtual Mouse.

i found out that these are the drivers required by SMS to be installed on W2K pro machines to enable remote control of the client's keyboard and mouse. my problem is, i tried to go through the installation of these virtual devices but i cannot find the location of the drivers. can you guys help me out?

another thing, installing these drivers requires the logged on user to be an admin. in that case, do i have to visit each and every w2k client to install this? i do not think that is proper...

thanks.

What SP are you using on your site server? You need at least SP2 to effectively communicate with Win2000 clients.
