Virtual D-Channel wont establish

We have multi-site SIP networked CS1000E and for one site the virtual D-Channel will not establish. We have compared the programing to the others and they are identical still no D-Channel - the trunks register and are idle

Any suggestions would be great

node ID in route data block
end point name

it ended up being in the RCAP we unchecked then submitted ND2 then re-checked it and submitted and presto it worked
