Virtual Calling Card facility

I have configured a route (using Analog lines as trunk members) for the users who want to use calling cards to make Local , STD/ISD calls.

Above is working for normal analog sets but when i am using 3900 series sets i am prompted for redialling the card number (stating that the card number is invlaid) even though I have keep dialling the same, eventually a message comes "yu have exceeded your time limit" & I have to redial the same card number with same result.
 
look at a few things, eod timer and ees settings. either can cause the problem, if ees is no, then the far end does not see any digits, but can dial from an analog, with eod timer to short, the far end does not see all digiits. if bars is not complete, ie spn bars, that problem can't be fixed.. the switch has to know how many digits to route on and how long to expect additional digits.. dial 9 plus a did, answer that call and attempt to dial the cc number post answer supervision. that is a fair test of how many, if any digits the far end is getting

Try dialing with a 3900 type set and after dialing the last digit in the phone number hit the # and then see if it takes the password. If it works than the EODT is to long.
 
ace, it seems like everyone is off today but us and people who ask a question and leave us hanging. something i pick up a while back, if bars is not set up right, then the idt has to time out before the eodt timer starts.. makes sense, you dial. 9 xxx xxxx, if the switch doesn't have the data to process that call imm after the last digit, it waits for the inter digit, that starts the end of dial timer, even more delay added via incomplete bars

Thanks a lot for the reply , I have worked on the solution provided by acewarlock but it's still giving the same message "you have exceeded your time limit please put the card number again"

Below is the detail procedure which I am using to make a call.

9 - to access the configured route

dial the following number of the calling card company

1602102

(till this point everything works fine for both digital & analog phones)

after that i got the prompt to dial the card number now when dial the same thru analog phones it prompted me for password & after that i am able to make any call.

when dialling the card number thru digital phone remote system doesn't seem to understand as it again prompt me for the same & then gives the above message.

Thanks a lot guys I have decreased the EOD value & it starts working fine but tell me this value affects only digital not the analog phones ?
 
on analog phones, the dtmf is generated in the dial pad as opposed to the dtr card, you can call and talk for an hour and still have a live dialpad
