Viking W1000 door call box with new IP Office doesn't ring receptionist fast enough. 2

The viking door box seems to generate about 4-5 rings to the user's ear before it rings the receptionist's desk with IPOffice Vers 11.? How do I make this immediate? door box is setup on an un-used trunk port in the IP Office. We also have a PRI but that should have nothing to do with the Viking 1000 connection.

Start by changing the line type to Loop Start instead of Loop Start ICLID

DIP Switch 2 should have switch 1 and 2 both set to Off, but that is the default setting
