Has anyone successfully used a Viking W2000A door phone on and IPO with either a trunk port or analog station port?

no, but are you having problems or just inquiring whether it will work or not?

Both.

I have connected it to a trunk port and when the call button is pressed it does not terminate at its destination that is defined in the ICR. The call does not show up on call status or monitor.
Same situation on the station port. Calls do not show up in call status or monitor.

So the question remains, will this door phone work with the IPO?

We have an Avaya analog doorphone(using a station port) hooked up in our lab and it works fine.Go into extension settings for that port and change it from standard telephone to IVR port.

I have used the Avaya door phones on station ports no problem, its the viking unit that is the issue.

I normally use the E30 and E40, connect it with an analog extension port and it works fine. You have to program a shortcode on the extension so that when you press the button on the Viking (that makes the extension to go off hook) the IPO automatically dialls a configured number.

As long as it is set up as an analog device it should work. We have a Viking also (not sure of model but will look)I used it also with no problems. It does both station or co port.
