Viewing Report using Info Viewer

I have a report that has 29 pages. When viewing the report via Info Viewer 7.0, I can only view 5 pages of the report and then I get the following error:

Could not find an Info Server to process this request. Please enable Info Server for viewing using Info Admin. Also, make sure that Info Agent is running on that Info Server.

We just starting having problems with reports and nothing has been done to the Info Server...Any ideas??

Does this error occur if you page through the report, one page at a time? Or does it only occur when you 'goto' a page? :-V

Actually this happens when I try it both ways.

Which viewer is it that you're using? Are you using the Info Viewer that
is opened through the Info Desktop for Windows, or are you using one of
the web-based viewers? ECS DataSystems, Inc.
