i have a bcm450 running CC it has suddenly started asking for a username & password before i can view my reports then comes back with an error unable to connect to DSNORTEL please help
this is the sam problem i am having the only solution i have fouond is to completely uninstall then reinstall the whole RCC however this has happened twice now and is a reoccurance again so i need to find a solution as the customer is getting frustrated.
