My company had a programmer who created a ton of InDesign documents. Unfortunately, the company does not have enough site licenses to go around to all those that need to view the InDesign docs. Is there a standalone viewer available? Or is there a way to automatically convert the InDesign documents to PDF for viewing.

Keep in mind that we are only wanting to view the documents, not modify them.

Yes, I realize that you can manually export each file. I was just wondering if there was a way to simply view the files as is.

I suspect that you might set up a virtual PDF printer and then drag all those INDD documents onto the printer icon. See if that works or just locks up your box. [bigsmile]
