Hello,
Does anyone know why I can't view a flash site with IE browser, but if I switch to Mozilla/Foxfire I can?
Example..shows as "X" where the pics are supposed to be. Changed to default settings, didn't help. Not just that site.

Usually it is due to a browser helper or pop-up blocker.

. In IE, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, uncheck 'Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart)'

. Disable any pop-up blocker.

Restart and test. If Flash works now you know it is a browser helper, toolbar add-in program and/or the pop-up blocker. Begin re-enabling pieces to find the culprit.

Hi bcastner,
Did both, didn't help.I shut off my add on blocker. If XP has a blocker, I can't find it.

Hi bcastner,
Well although changing 'Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart)'
didn't allow flash, it did allow me to reinstall the Flash Player. All is well, now.
Thank you very much.
