Viewing by BravaServer does not work on SmartView - Opentext livelink

Hello,

I have a problem in livelink. I installed BravaServer to view photos and videos. Viewing videos works at Classic View but does not work at Smart View (by clicking on the videos to watch, it downloads). Could you help me solve this problem?

yes, but I can't find the solution for Smart View. Once Brava is activated, videos work on the classic view but not on Smart View.

you need to check the default action configured in the content server (classic view).
