viewing as PDF in reportnet: report title/content is missing

I have an issue with viewing as PDF. most of users can successfully view report in PDF, no any problem. but a few users I might need to say machines. When Open PDF files on some machines, some of report title, sometimes even some content is just gone and printed out from those machines have the same problem. but when he download this report and open on some other people's machine, it is working fine. It is strange to me, looks like it is relating to machine, but I am just wondering what I can do from reportnet side to avoid this issue?

do you have the same Acrobat Reader version installed in all machines ?

For example with PPES 7.1 using Acrobat Reader 5.01, some of the totals and subtotals where hidden, but opening the same PDF with 5.05 or 6, the document was correct.

Yes, All of us are using version 5.1

1. same version IE and patches?
2. same printer and printer drivers?

For sure, it is the same printer and drivers.
About IE, I didnot think about that. Does it matter?
