Hi All,
This is my first time here. I have worked with Ms Access on and off since it first came out, but as the years go by and I don't use it sometimes, I forget some of the solutions I once used or created.
I wrote VBA code in MS Access to fill an invoice Report. I just inherited the report and told to fill in the boxes. Because of the way the boxes were displayed, I could not use the Access report function alone. I would have had to creat a new table.
I coded behind the report and used labels to hold the text. As soon As I did that, my report would only show the last page. I know the program runs through all the other invoices because I can follow the code.
What am I not doing to get this report program to page and show each report invoice.

Reports are typically bound to tables/queries. You can augment the basics with subreport, code to populate a few different text boxes, group totals, etc. If you have multiple records to report, it almsot almost always makes sense to bind the report to a record source.
