Is it possible to see the complete size of a backup job before it starts? Possibly even how much it will be when the files are compressed.

I'd like to see how much approximately will be pushed through certain links at certain times of the day. I know the total size will most likely change before the job starts, but I'd like to get a close approximation.

Thanks.

Run a Count Job.

It is not possible to see the compression ratio before the job.

Count" doesn't let me add machines/objects into the source, only SMB network shares...

So I cant add in my Exchange and MSSQL servers....

Unless Im missing something?
