Hi,

Is it possible to generate a view using Microsoft Project similar to the image shown?

I'm not sure what the "5" represents but this looks close to the Resource Usage view zoomed out to show Months over weeks. The additional data could be shown through custom text fields.

5 would be the number of days spent by the resource in the week.

How would I define Custom text fields?

Add a text field (Text1) to the Resource Usage view and enter the data in the field. You can, if desired, create a lookup list to set a group of values to select from.

Thanks, that worked.

As well, how do I change the view from showing hours to show days?

In Project 2007: Tools > Options, Schedule.
In Project 2010: File tab, Options, Schedule.

"Work is entered in: Days"
