Hello,

Is it possible to view received calls and lost calls in Dialog 3212 telephones? How can we program it?
We are using BC11

Thank you and regards

The Number Log feature is not supported on the 3212 as the dispaly is too small?

Hello megglesfield,

Our operator has told us that it's possible to program a function to see lost calls.
Regarding to your answer is not possible to do that?

Hello,
From ALEX:
The purpose of the Name and number log feature is to provide every user of a DTS extension with display and soft-keys with a log of the unanswered calls to the user's extension. By using these soft-keys, the user can browse the log, make calls to any stored number and delete the entries the user no longer wants to keep.

You can't use NLOG with 3212 because it doesn't have soft-keys.

Hello,

Thank you for the answers.

If dialog 3212 doesnt have soft-keys to support nlog , which digital terminals have soft-keys to be able to configure this feature?

Regards

3213 has softkeys ( the four keys under the display)

Hello,

So in 3213 terminals both recieved and lost calls are logged?

Regards

Yes if the 3213 is assigned a NLOG key programmed
to it by MML command KSFKC .

So in 3213 terminals both recieved and lost calls are logged?

Only Lost calls will be recorded with NLOG key..
For received calls you need to have S0 adapter etc....

Here Is another extract from Alex:
4) The function can only be defined on telephone types, DBC 631, DBC 661/662, DBC 203/213, DBC 223 and DBC 225, and only when the feature Name and number Log is loaded in the exchange. This function cannot be defined for the Hospitality class, Service quarter.

Experience it, there is no substitute.
