At the office this morning somebody called and it was twinned out to our main receptionists cell as she was not at the office yet, I want to figure out what the number it was of the person who called, but with the circuit we have at our office the true caller ID does not push out to the cell phone. I cannot find the number on her phone under the log button, I wish I had monitor running on the voicemail machine : ( , is there another way to view this information? Does the IP office have a log file somewhere in the Manager folder that it stores this information temporarily?
 
No, sorry, you are stuck. For future use delta server to log over itself every day then next time you can check the log from that :)

if phone manager were running for her extension it would be in that log. also with mobile twinning and the send calling party number feature the number would be sent to the cell phone.
 
@socalsteve - not all providers allow you to transmit CPN that isn't associated with the circuit. I think that is what he was trying to say with the comment "but with the circuit we have at our office the true caller ID does not push out to the cell phone".

you are correct.............also smdr log in delta server should capture it.

If the receptionist's phone is a DS and has the call appearance key, the info should be logged in the phone log too.
