Hello Guy's

I've got a situation whereby a change was made on a BCM 50 system some time ago, around 4 weeks ago. I know that you can download the log files, but I was wondering if there was anything specific that I could look at within the many files are are produced to see when and who carried out the change.

Hi Dave, what was the change, and was it done remotely.

If the alarms have not been cleard out then you can look there to see who logged in

go to Admin = general-Alarms.

Every time some on logs on you should some sort of ip address username etc.

Hello Guys

Many thanks for your replies, the change would have been around a month ago and the customer has had a number or reboots since then. I don't know if it was via remote access or not?.
