We've been using an SILC card for ISDN BRI for our Polycom Viewstation successfully. We recently switched to another brand of video conferencing equipment but now we can't receive any incoming ISDN calls for video. During the installation of the video equipment, no changes were made to the PBX. The same BRI lines were just plugged into the new equipment.

On an incoming ISDN call this is what we're seeing when monitoring the D-channel:
DCH 1 IMSG SETUP REF 000080DC CH 13 2 TOD 8:46:02

Try to disabling the SILC card and then the MISP (Loop)

LD 32
.DISC (SILC Card)
.DISL (MISP Loop)

.ENLL (MISP Loop) will forcedownload/process
.ENLC (SILC Card)

See if this helps

Cheers!!

SL1M1, I disabled/re-enabled the SILC and MISP cards and had a different remote site dial into our site but it still didn't work. I can see the incoming call trying to make the connection but it just never connects.

Here's one of the D channel messages:

DCH 1 IMSG SETUP REF 000083B5 CH 13 8 TOD 17:03:18

Make a test calling the new Videoconference unit with a single channel. If the call is connect it rhe problem should be on the videoconfernce config.

If all is the same in config and physical connections revert/connect the original Video Conf and test again, you could also source a ISDN2 tester and see if you can call Out & Internal, may seem silly but re-krone/punch down the SILC ports on the frame aswell

Cheers!!
