We are trying to setup video conferencing from one pc on our internal lan to a laptop that can be used at different sites. We have a Watchguard 1000 Firebox - that's causing us problems. We can set up a vid con between 2 pcs on the lan and see video both ends. If we use the laptop to dial-in (or dial out to the laptop) we can only see the video from the internal pc on the external laptop. The firewall will not let the video from outside in. We have set NAT to the internal pc and a policy to enable H323. When we attempt to connect, the firewall monitor shows the denied incoming attempt with "rsvp" as the protocol, "unknown" as the source port, "?" as the destination port and "ip options" as details.

Any ideas?

I did a quick search..

rsvp_tunnel 363/tcp RSVP Tunnel
rsvp_tunnel 363/udp RSVP Tunnel

Did you have that? I'd bet rsvp uses a few others too since
only the tunnels are listed.

Still doesn't explain what it means! Anyway, we upgraded our Watchguard software and now can receive video, but no audio. This gives us an error with "deny in eth0 rsvp 24 115" followed by the ip address of the outside machine then our public address followed by "unknown ? (default) the line above this is the same but has "log in" instead of "deny in" and "(ip options)" instead of "(default)
