Video card with Cable TV tuner....any sugestions?

Do you guys know of any TV tuner/ TV out Video card that will perform good?

ATI's All-in-Wonder Radeon cards are what you're looking for - 32 or 64meg DDR depending on how much you want to spend on it.

I'm using and like the ATI ALL-IN-WONDER 128 PRO. It's 32 megs and cost 149 USD minus 30 USD mail-in rebate.
