My boss has Vista Business edition and suddenly can’t RAS in modem dials out but it won’t perform a hand shake with RAS server, thought it was a modem called DELL and they send a part for E6400 but issue still remains after the hardware was replaced. Any ideas?

Is there anything in the Event Viewer, especially any Security Logs?

Thanks for your help, but I found the problem it wasn't the RAS it was bad motherboard. Wonderful Dell tech had no idea what he was doing so after my own diagnostic I found the issue. Thanks for all of your help.
