Hello. Is very urgent

I need to know the call numeral that the operator in a period does of one week

what command I can use?

Thanks

I programme:

<TROPI: CORG=1, TIMEI=10-00, TIMEE=10-30, DATE=2005-12-09;YOUR MEASUREMENT NUMBER = 1
EXECUTED
<TRDIP; TRAFFIC RECORDING DIRECTORY
MENO OBJECT START1 STOP1 START2 STOP2 TIME LIM INFO
0 EXTENS 12AUG05 12AUG05 14:30-14:45
1 OPCORG 09DEC05 09DEC05 10:00-10:30 CORG = 1

But this don't work:

<TRREP:MENO=1; TRAFFIC RECORDING RESULT DATA

NO DATA STORED FOR THIS TIME INTERVAL

END
<

TROPI: CORG=1, TIMEI=10-00, TIMEE=10-30, DATE=2005-12-10&&2005-12-31;

you have to state the start and end date with && inbetween, and you must start the next day - regards

also use the PERIOD= parameter in TRREP, depending on what period you want to record.

sorry

also use the PERIOD= parameter in TRREP, depending on what period you want to PRINT (15 mins, busiest hour, etc)

Thanks

But not work:

<TRREP:MENO=3, period=1; TRAFFIC RECORDING RESULT DATA

NO DATA STORED FOR THIS TIME INTERVAL

END

Hello

I guess that you should erase and recreate you traffic measurement.
You can initiate traffic measurement 15 minute before the specified timei.
Then the MD110 need at least 15 minutes to register the data for the selected objet.
the TROPI command can perform measurement on CORG or DIR
CORG is related to the call orgin group, ie if you want differentiate direct call to OPI, from rerouted call, or internal calls, you should specify different CORG and make measurement only on the one you want.
Now according to your first request, if you are looking for the operator daily work, I suggest to make measrument on the directory number.
TROPI:DIR=xxxx,DATE=2005-12-10&&2005-12-17,TIMEI=00-00,TIMEE=24-00;
This command initiate a traffic measurment from Saturday 10th Decembre 2005 up to next saturday, from Midnight to Midnigth each day.
To do a traffic measrument around the clock, you can do it only when it start the day after the command initiation

Good luck
