Our customer was recently upgraded to a MICS with 6.1.
When a call comes into the system it is answered by the receptionist and then transferred to an extension. When the receptionist is on a call and a second call rings in she is unable to transfer the call when the second incoming call is ringing.
She either has to wait to do it between the ring cycles or put the current call on hold and then come back to it after puting the second call on hold.
This seems to happen only during peak hours when most of the lines are being used.
