Very slow processing cube on Ms Olap

I have a two server setup to provide olap server on one server and sql services on another server, now i have upgraded the hardware on the sql server, but i now have very slow responce times when procesing the cube, the responce time on the olap server is normal.
How i can perform test to locate what is causing this problem?
