I have a BOVPN connecting to an external customer that allows them access to data in my location on one server. Drive mapping to this server is painfully slow. For instance, through Citrix, and drive mapping may take 5-8 minutes, and just trying to RDP to that server will take 4-5 minutes while the drives are being mapped. Any ideas how to speed this up?

There is no instant fix from the information you have provided. I would start with the easy checks like ensuring you have reliable, quick internet connections at both sites.

Another easy test would also be to setup a MUVPN to the site. Then install this on a laptop or your home PC and test this, what is the speed like??
