Anyone know if its possible to show text vertically? As in, take a word and turn it 90 degrees?

Use Dynamic Text Control, keep width very small (should fit only one character) and make change these properties under "Dynamic Size & Position"

CanIncreaseHeight = true
CanIncreseWidth = false

I thought about that.. also about putting a carriage return between each letter but I really want to rotate the letters themselves. I don't really think it's possible but am hoping I am wrong.

I don't think you can rotate them so that the bottom of the letter faces the left or right side of the page.

You can use the above method to make the word appear vertical and read it top to bottom or bottom to top.
