vertical scrollbar repositions on page load

I am having issues with this page where the scrollbars, while viewing in IE, will reposition themselves about 10% away from the right side of the page instead of the scrollbar hugging the side. What is this error and how can I fix it?

Which version of IE are you using? Your problem does not appear on my IE6.

it happens on both my work computers and my home computers, go to the homepage and click on home again...thats when it moves the scrollbar for me

Negative again. Checked on my IE6 at work and it still has the scrollbar in place. Have to install IE7 on one of the machines.

I experience the same phenomenon (I.E 6.0.2900... ). I can not, however, duplicate it when I download the html / css to my pc.

its the same thing for me here, it only happens when i view the page online, when i view it from my hard drive it doesnt do anything wrong...i also have the same browser version as you traingamer
