A query,
I have just done some maintainance on a system which all the keys are labelled as follows.

CallPickUpMembers - "GroupName"

However I have been told by our tech support providers keys should be presented as:

CallPickupMembers - GroupNumber/KeyName

Is there a correct method here or are both suitable?

Both GroupNumber or "GroupName" are listed as correct.

The /KeyName bit is optional, it just replaces the default key label with whatever text you want used.

I've had the same issue last week. Use group number!

The reason I say this with the Keys as "Groupname" you have to press the button 2/3 times before it will work. Where as the Button number clears this fault.

groupname" doesn't work. Use groupnumber when using pickupmembers
