Version 10.1 download

Hi all, I have a gold support agreement with Symantec, and want to get hold of a copy of corporate edition 10.1 for testing purposes. I've emailed symantec but have had no response as yet.
Any idea where I can download it from?
I've logged into FileConnect using my certificate number (eg: B1234567891), but it only lists up verion 10.0.2

Any ideas?

If you've got a Gold support agreement I suggest you'd give em a call in stead of using email. You may also want to find out whether you still have an active maintenance agreement that entitles you to upgrades. Their customers service is usually pretty capable in confirming that based on your serial.

All you really need to do is go to the following site and enter the serial number off the gold maintenance certificate for downloads.

Hi joamon, see my initial post, this didn't work.

You should consider an upgrade to client security the next time you are up for renewal....it was not much more than just the AV and you get the firewall also.
