I have a customer with a dual PRI from Verizon who would like to outpulse the DID's from each extention. This feature worked fine before switching to Verizon. Verizon appears unwilling or unable to get this to work. The customer has 300 DID's so building a short code for each is not an option, is there a way I can make this happen system wide or something I should be asking Verizon to do to make this happen, thanks in advance

Verizon isnt goin to cooperate with outpulsing 300 did's, ive tried that before. I had to create ars tables or short codes for each user, it was a pain but verizon wouldn't help

Where are you controlling it. Verizon usually needs the si when you send number or if you have your incoming call routes using the 10 digit number then try the i before it.

I have an incomming call route of 2128221499 that points to ext 1499 for example but when they call out the main BTN is what is outpulsed. All of the short codes are at there default as far as I can see and the DID's use to outpulse with Broadview

Just got a response back from Verizon and holy shit they said it was their problem had the wrong settings in their switch of course cant fix it with calling you rep surprise surprise will keep everybody informed thanks for all the help

try putting the i on the beginning of the call route.
