Veritas Netbackup BusinessServer

My catalog backup is failing with the error message:

system call failed(11)

This is on a dell rack server and is pulling data off a hp-ux host. The backup is running and verifying okay but the catalog backup bombs every night. We were on veritas 8.6 before and this Netbackup BusinessServer is new.
We have an LTO autoloader as the hardware. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Can you backup the catalogs manually ?
Have you changed the location of the catalogs recently ? or are the placed somewhere which is inaccessible - by rights ?
 
I think they are being done manually. For netbackup - there are three separate entities, backup verify and atalog backup. I am not sure what else you would mean by manually??

The location sof the ctalogs are located on the server and have not been moved. I will check the rights - but I do no think that could be it since it is stored locally.

I looked at it and it runs for exactly ten minutes and then bombs everytime with status 11??

Thanks though, any input is appreciated.
