Local Disk is full on my backup server, the culprit is the NBDB.log file, almost 6GB and I also located a 3.4GB file named _vxfiVspCacheFile_0.vsp residing in the C:\NBU_VSP_Cache directory.

Is it ok to delete these files without any issues occuring?

You can delete any .VSP file you find on any server, they are just snapshots. Get rid of them permanently by opening host properties on the master server, adding the server to the masters client list and make sure you uncheck the box for Windows VSS services.
