back up exec 8. Continue to schedule jobs but the jobs en dup on hold. Any explanations.

Make sure that the backup server isn't paused, by selecting the DEVICES tab. If it is then right click on the server and uncheck PAUSE.

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!
