Veritas 8.6 Lotus Notes Agent

I keep getting a message appear when i am trying to backup a lotus notes database. I have installed the lotus notes agent along with the remote agent and yet each night when the backup kicks off i get the error message stating

"Unable to attach to UKLONSV04|E:.
The item was not found."

I am at a loss as to why this keeps re-occuring, has anyone come across the same issue.

Is there a related item in the Event Viewer that might shed more light on the situation? Backup Exec often leaves messages in the Event Viewer when an error occurs. Check the Application log. It may be an authentication error.

Thanks for the help Packdragon, i have managed to overcome the issue. For somwe reason if i restart the services it resumes as normal however i have yet to resolve why this occures. Looked into the event viewer but to no avail.

See how it goes i guess.
