Verint WFM and Status Codes???

I have a customer using Verint WFM (which I know nothing about) and they are trying to find out what the following "phone definition/ status codes" mean.
On Hold (128+UNAVAILABLE)
Active (256+ UNAVAILABLE)
Call Present (4+ UNAVAILABLE)
Make Set Busy (512+ UNAVAILABLE)
Reserve (8+ UNAVAILABLE)
Hold
Walkaway (268435456+ UNAVAILABLE)
Walkaway Not Ready
Walkaway Hold

The people at Verint do not seem to be of any help. Anyone out there who can point me in the right direction would be appreciated.
