Ok just throwing this out there to see if this is even possible; Avaya Communication Manager 7 with various gateways, situation is when an alarm comes into the system it lights up a button on the 302 console, what they really want is a buzzer or some kind of strobe light that will be activated when a Major or Minor alarm is activated, as they are not constantly staring at the phone looking for the alarms, is this even possible? Any help would be most appreciated!

You can use OSSI to get the output of "display alarm", when minor or major alarms that are not resolved, you can program to turn on busylight such as Embrava or Kuando busylight. Google bcmslib or bcmsSVR, you can get the programming details.

Algo has paging amps and strobes that do nifty stuff. Dunno if they can trigger on a SNMP trap though.
Comically enough, if you had inads and a modem, you could just put that on an analog port and dial a number of an extension the strobe answers.

Ah, back when things were simple.

TN775s have contact closure for major and minor. Dunno if that's 'system wide' or 'for the PN' or what, and I don't think G450s do that either.

Solarwinds could totally do it with the actions it can trigger. Send a SMS to a strobe or something
