Verasmart eCAS reports not running

I'm not sure if anyone here can help or not but tek-tips has been my go to for any issues with our phone system. We are running VeraSmart eCAS 10.5 SP5 with IP Office... Last Monday (3/16/15) all scheduled reports stopped running and their next scheduled dates are blank now. I've removed all reports from the system and created a new daily report to include all calls from 12:00am to 6:30pm and run at 7:05pm Monday through Friday. It failed again on Friday. This morning I scheduled a report to include an hour of calls (8am to 9am) and run at 9:05am and it never ran even though under all user reports it showed as a scheduled run time of today at 9:05am. I'm at a loss on what to do next... I've looked at the event viewer but there aren't any errors.
