VeraSmart eCas report no output option

We have VeraSMART eCAS 10.5 SP5 (Build 188.6.5) setup that we use to track inbound and outbound calls. I want to switch a report to output to ascii but I don't see the option to do so like it shows in the help documentation. My account has all permissions when I look at it. Does anyone know why the output option wouldn't be displayed?
