VelociRaptor 1100 Keeps rebooting before boot.

After trying to restart my VelociRaptor 1100 it took over 30 minutes. I did a hard restart. After I did that it keeps restarting. Can anyone help me on how to fix this?

I have got it working after playing with setup after many days. Thank you for looking.
