Hi All,
I am looking for some help with vectoring.
I have calls que to a skill(1) that has 2 agents logged in.
If both agents are currently on a call then how can I get the callers to route to a mailbox?
I know I probably cant get it to one of the agents mbox but can I send it to the assigned vdn mbox.(2993)
Any help would be apprciated.
Here is how it setup now.

1 wait-time 0 secs hearing ringback
02 goto step 16 if staffed-agents in skill 1st < 1
03 queue-to skill 1st pri m
04 wait-time 30 secs hearing 1948 then music
05 wait-time 30 secs hearing music
06 goto step 4 if unconditionally

The calls do flow to step 16 as long as agents are not logged in.

add another step:

goto step x if available-agents in skill 1st=0

step x would be messaging skill 99 for extension 2993.

Rock on, be strong... SG

Thank you very much.
That is what I was looking for.

I would think that you would want to at least allow a little time to pass before sending it right to voicemail. Personally, I would queue it, wait the 30 seconds hearing music then send them to voicemail.

You could have a call come in as an agent is just finishing up and could have answered the call if the person had waited in queue 10 seconds.

So I would put the voicemail routing after step 5.

Quoting only proves you know how to cut and paste.
