Below Vector Step #4 routes to extension 1411 which is bridged on several phones.

Question: If the call is not answered after X- amount of rings, is there a way to redirect that call to a different number? I placed a coverage path on 1411 and set it to 4 rings, but the call does not cover and just rings no answers.
