Hi all,

Quick question regarding digit limit in a vector when using the "route-to" command, is there any way to extend this over the 16-digit limit? Or is there any other command that I can use to allow a call to be routed to a 17 digit number outside our site? I am trying to route claims calls to one of our partners in the UK and it is running at 17 digits. On Avaya CM 3.1 using ASA.

send it to a made up number in ars. Use ars digit conversion to send it to the correct number. That will get you 18 digits.

Would this posting's solution help?

Cheers guys, I'll try later and let you know how I get on.

Thanks to Stinny for that link, it worked perfectly. I understand cov paths better than ars tables so I went with that solution, thanks anyway phoneguy.
