Hi,

I am updating my training documents to include VDN and Vector Variables.

I have come across the following command and was wondering if anyone knew what it meant?

command: goto vector 300 @step 1 if digits in table 11

What i'm confused about is what table is this referring to??

I have copied and pasted the command from avaya's EAS and Vectoring document.

Thanks
Ash

They are called VECTOR ROUTING TABLEs, do a list VRT or display VRT <number>.

It is basically a table where you put in numbers and the vector step checks the input against the table.

One example we use it for is PIN codes: We want to allow remote service observes with a PIN code only, instead of hard-coding the PIN in the vector itself (and make it the same for all users), we check against a VRT and assign individual codes to each user. If the code is in the table, the remote SO is allowed

Regards

Frank
