Hello
We are having an issue with the capacity of vectors on our avaya G3r. some of our clients have 600 to 700 VDN's going to a different vector. The total capacity of vectors is about 999 and we are closing on this number very fast. Is there a solution (Third party software) which can take care of this situation..Advise is appreciated

It sounds like these folks may need to work on the overall call flow design much more than they need access to more vectors.

We have a situation where we have a lot of 800#'s coming in and the VDN associated should be displayed to the agent in an offshore site. Presently we associate each VDN to a vector and transfer the call to offshore site. In this process we cannot change anythign in the call flow..Its a very simple vector with a one to one relation. What we would like to do is assign all teh 800$ 's to a single VDN and then transfer the call to a thirdparty software where the VDN information is saved and the call routed to the offshore location.

Conversants can collect information and then output the information, but maybe picking up a used Definity would be easier?
