vector calling and handoff to VM issue

Good afternoon all. i Have a vector that seems to be working great. It has a nonDID number tied to it.

like i said the vector works great but the problem appears to be with the hand off to station 3333. once the caller presses 0 for operator assist, station 3333 is supposed to ring before going to voicemail. this is what i get from a list trace against stat 3333 when i call the associated vector:

This is from time of me pressing 0 to get operator assist to when the call gets dropped. from what i can teel, the call is going straight to VM without ringing to stst 3333. currently it is set as a bridged app on severl phones and it resides primarily on a virtual port. kinda scratching my head with this one and was curious to get some feedback. thank you all in advance!
 
What happens if you call 3333 directly from a phone?
Also try this:
Setup a test vector.
First test:
wait 2 secs music
Route to 3333 cov N

Second Test
wait 2 secs music
Route to 3333 cov Y
 
currently 3333 resides in another building where i am trying to find someone to call it locally. I was toying with the idea of making it a DID number just for the sake of testing.

I have kinda been given "backup" responsibility for this site so i am not very familiar with the layout. I did find a test VDN with a DID tied to it so i will be creating a test vector and testing with the recommended changes. thanks!
 
so i would be adding in an extra step in before the call gets routed to 3333? thanks!
 
so it looks like the problem was related to the non-DID that was being used. as soon as i swapped out 3333 for a DID number, calls were able to go through to the agent phones.
