Hello,

We have an SV9100 and i'm trying to setup a few virtual extensions with DID's so that employees can call in-sick and the voicemail is sent to the appropriate supervisor. I created the virtual extensions, tied them to DID's. I setup the inmail mailboxes and added the email address. I also changed call forwarding to not ring. When I test these though from both internal and external calls, I get a message that states, "Your Call Cannot Go Through, Goodbye" and it hangs up. Here are the locations I made all the changes:

MB 11-04
MB 15-01
MB 24-09
MB 47-02

Any suggestions or support is appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Do you have enough InMail VM licenses? Log in with PCPro and go to reports/feature activation.

Just a point here, you can use group mailboxes if necessary and there are a number of them useable without the need for licensing.

Good Morning,

@OzzieGeorge, Yes I could but I am trying to configure these mailboxes to email the messages which I believe is only possible with personal mailboxes, not group/system ones. Correct me if i'm mistaken though.

@Belevedere, I'm not exactly sure. Is PCPro different than WebPro? In WebPro v9.00.00, I went to Feature Activation. I see (1014) InMail Email Client = 32, (1012) VM Box = 32. Am I looking in the right location?

Thank you both!

Yes, you have 32 licenses for both features. Note, the licenses are handed out in numerical order according to 47-02. The first 32 will use them. If you added a mail box in position 33, it will not have the license. MB 47-06 allow you to set the email address for a group box.

Thank you Belevedere. Is there licensing for Group Mailboxes or only for Personal ones? If I can use email for group, maybe I should do that?

Thanks again!

So I could just use the group boxes, setup the email for them to accomplish what I am working on?
