VDN Variable Not Routing

I have a VDN that offers an aftercall survey via return destination, it all works in production today. I am re-doing our call tree and I can't get the survey offer to work in the new routing even though it's set up the same way it is now...

Main toll free vector hits a collect step, you then go out to a VDN once an option is chosen.

The VDN you reach has V5 set with my other VDN (this one has the return destination set up to go to the survey after the call is over)

Vector has step #2 as goto vec 166 @ step 1 if V5 in table 1

Vector 166 asks if you want to take the survey, if you agree you route out to the VDN defined as V5, queue to skill, and get sent to the aftercall survey after the call via the return destination that I have configured, if you decline the survey you return back to the original vector and queue to skill.

It sees the variable in the trace, but it skips over the step to route you out to vec 166...It just continues down the vector programming.

WTF am I missing? VDN settings match what we have today in production...I'm going nuts here.

Obligatory Obvious Question: Is the VDN assigned to V5 in VRT (Vector Routing Table) 1? You can check with the command display vrt 1.

Well F me running....That was the missing link! THANK YOU!

I don't mess around with these pre-call offered surveys much, only a couple lines do it, the rest are manual offers/transfers by our CSR's...
