Could someone advise on how VDN stats work when a call is passed from one VDN to another. As far as I know the total call time for each call will be split between each VDN. I would like to measure all the call time from one report while making use of the second VDN. Is there a way to include data across the two VDNS that are used to process a call?

VDN statistics

There is a 'flow in' and 'flow out' statistic in the VDN report. 'Flow In' are call's that came from another VDN, and 'Flow Out' are call's that were overflowed to another VDN. The call time will be reported on the VDN the call terminated in.
