Hi,

Hoping you might be able to help me as I'm stumped.

CM5.2

I have a bank of 4 attendants (OSPC) that currently take calls for various sub-companies under the main company. So we have setup a several VDN's that go into various vectors. They currently have a holiday table and service table and then point towards LDN's within the vector. Switchboard can then answer with the correct company. This works fine.

Problem is that 1 company recieves the majority of calls. Therefore we want to put a queue and an annoucement into the effected vector. Have used queue to attendant group to enable the queue and annoucement feature. This works okay, but the name of the orginal VDN dailled is not passed onto the switchboard, just the calling number, so switchboard do not know how to answer the calls.

Cannot just tell them to answer with a company name if a just a CLI with no desription display's for political reasons.

BP tells me that you cannot use a 'queue' with LDN.

In short, how to I get the VDN description to display when using a queue to an attendant group.

Many thanks
